1. Introduction

Welcome to Deskify ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of LTG Create Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Registration No. ΗΕ 453582). By accessing or using our desk management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deskify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Services

Deskify provides a comprehensive desk management solution for modern workspaces, allowing organizations to optimize office space utilization and enhance team productivity. Our platform offers the following key services:

  • Smart desk management and booking system for efficient workspace allocation
  • Organization, building, floor, and room management for complete workspace oversight
  • Team collaboration tools to optimize seating arrangements
  • Office analytics to gain insights into space utilization patterns
  • User and member management with role-based access control
  • Contact form for inquiries, support requests, and general communication

4. User Accounts

To use our services, you are required to create an account. Your account will store personal information including your name, email address, and optional profile image. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User accounts may be associated with organizations, and users may be assigned specific roles within these organizations. Your role determines your access level and permissions within the platform. We maintain session information including IP addresses and user agent details for security purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Deskify, a Deskify employee, or another user
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Deskify or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including:

  • User profile data (name, email, profile image)
  • Organization and membership information
  • Building, floor, room, and desk usage data
  • Session information and usage analytics
  • Authentication and account verification data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

8. Data Storage and Security

Deskify uses secure database technologies to store your information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your data is stored in our database systems which include:

  • User account information and authentication data
  • Organization structures and membership details
  • Building, floor, room, and desk configurations
  • Session data for security and performance monitoring

We use Cloudflare for deployment and hosting, which provides additional security features and performance optimizations. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deskify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. LTG Create Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus.
